Meet Kate
For nearly two decades I worked in media production and marketing. Documentary films, online entertainment, digital marketing, travel campaigns, and brand content. Both in-house and running my own company. In Los Angeles, New York, and Paris.
The career looked great but my internal experience was something else.
I was privately questioning myself and my path, holding myself back from getting to that next level, and caught in way too much stress. All while looking, to everyone around me, like someone sitting on a rocket ship.
Our culture today doesn't orient us to receive the kind of support we need to truly thrive. I fell into that trap myself. But once I started getting the support I needed, everything changed.
The times in my life when I had the support of a coach were the times I am most proud of myself for leaning into courage, being decisive, and taking action in ways that felt out of reach on my own.
That is why I coach. Because I know what it costs to stay stuck. And I know what becomes possible on the other side. I built this practice to give you what I wish I had found sooner. A thinking partner. A steady presence. Someone in your corner who has been there and knows the way through.
If you are ready for that, I am ready for you.
Training
Here is what I bring to every session. ICF certification and ACC credentials. Master NLP Practitioner training. Principles from behavior science to support lasting habit change. And training in Polyvagal Theory, the study of how our nervous system responds to stress and safety, which helps clients move out of survival mode and into a place where real change becomes possible. I also draw on Mindful Self-Compassion, developed by Dr. Kristin Neff. I coach in English and French.
In plain terms, I have the tools, the training, and the lived experience to support toward where you want to go.
I am regularly pursuing new education and coaching knowledge because this field keeps evolving and so do I. I am currently completing my ADHD coaching certification and working toward my PCC, the next level of ICF credentialing.
Who I Work With
My clients are not struggling in the traditional sense. From the outside they look like they have it together. But something has shifted. They are ready for more, or ready for different, and they know that having 1:1 support is the key forward.
I work with women navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, and personal crossroads that don't come with a clear roadmap. I also coach some men, facilitate group experiences in Los Angeles, and work with organizations on leadership development.
